In-sales Service: Whole-process Transparent Management
Exclusive Project Docking
Each project is equipped with an exclusive project manager, establishes a real-time communication mechanism, regularly synchronizes the project progress, and docks the whole links of design liaison, production scheduling, and logistics distribution throughout the process.
Process Visualized Management
The project execution process opens the progress query authority to Party A, shares the whole process data and image data of production and manufacturing, factory inspection, and on-site construction in real time, and accepts the whole-process supervision of Party A.
Standardized Installation and Debugging
The team of certified first-class/second-class constructors is responsible for on-site installation, completes equipment deployment, wiring, and joint debugging in strict accordance with explosion-proof construction specifications, and simultaneously completes control system software development and on-site adaptation.
Double Acceptance of Factory and Site
The equipment will undergo full performance testing and a report will be issued before leaving the factory. After the on-site commissioning is completed, we will cooperate with Party A to complete the completion acceptance, and provide complete completion data and operation manuals.

System Operation Training
We provide special training combining theory and practice for the mine operation and maintenance team, covering equipment operation, daily inspection, troubleshooting, parameter optimization, etc., to ensure that personnel can work independently.

All cooperative projects provide after-sales service, establish project-specific technical files, and permanently save project design data, operation data, and maintenance records.
Rapid Response Mechanism
The national unified service hotline is online 7×24 hours. Fault claims will be resolved within 2 hours, engineers will arrive at the site within 48 hours in domestic mining areas, and core spare parts are stored in national warehouses.
Remote Intelligent Operation and Maintenance
Relying on Hongye Cloud Platform, we realize remote equipment monitoring, parameter debugging, fault early warning and diagnosis. Operation data (voltage, current, temperature, fault events) can be traced and stored for more than 3 years.
Regular Return Visit and Inspection
We carry out 1-2 active after-sales return visits every year, conduct comprehensive inspection and performance optimization of equipment, and provide special winter anti-freezing inspection services for extremely cold mining areas.
