Explosion Protection and Thermal Performance
This heater is certified with Ex eb I Mb classification, providing increased safety for coal mine environments.
The power range extends from 100kW to 2400kW. Voltage configurations include 380V, 660V, and 1140V. The heating element surface temperature is maintained below 130℃, providing an additional safety margin.
Thermal efficiency exceeds 98%, ensuring minimal energy loss and high operational efficiency. The Mine Increased Safety Electric Heater delivers both safety and performance in a single integrated solution.
