Fast Setup and Deployment
When paired with our matching power control system, the total installation time is only 2 to 3 working days. This rapid deployment helps resolve shaft freezing problems without delay.
The unit offers a power range of 100kW to 2400kW. Available voltage options include 380V, 660V, and 1140V, covering most mining site requirements. The Mine Shaft Insulated Electric Heater Unit ensures fast commissioning and immediate operation.
Key Features and Remote Monitoring
This unit carries the Ex eb I Mb explosion-proof rating and operates reliably under ambient temperatures from -40℃ to +30℃. Thermal efficiency is ≥98%.
A PLC-based control system combined with a power regulator enables precise output management. The system supports adjustable temperature settings, constant temperature operation, and remote monitoring. Users can view real-time operating status via mobile devices or computers at any time.

We provide a 12-month warranty for this equipment. Custom orders and OEM production are available, with a minimum order quantity of one unit.
Each heater is fully tested before shipment. Third-party inspections are supported upon request. Any shipping damage will be handled promptly upon notification.
