Two-Stage Recovery for Maximum Efficiency

The Boiler Smoke Gas Thermal Recovery Unit performs deep heat recovery from boiler exhaust gases. The flue gas first passes through an economizer and then through a condenser. After these two stages of recovery, the flue gas temperature is reduced to below 90℃. The overall boiler efficiency can be improved by 5 to 15 percentage points, significantly reducing coal consumption. The equipment helps lower fuel costs and improve energy efficiency.

 

High Recovery Efficiency

The flue gas inlet temperature ranges from 180℃ to 250℃. The outlet temperature is reduced to below 90℃. The overall waste heat recovery efficiency exceeds 90%. Boiler efficiency can be improved by 5% to 15%.

The recovered heat is used for boiler feedwater heating or hot water production. The system adopts a two-stage recovery design consisting of an economizer and a condenser. The hot water outlet temperature ranges from 60℃ to 80℃. Anti-corrosion materials such as ND steel or fluoroplastic are used.
