Free Cooling from Mine Water
The HEMS High Efficiency Heat Exchange System uses mine water as a natural cooling source. The system pumps mine water to the surface and extracts cooling capacity through a specialized heat exchange system. The cooled energy is then delivered to the working face.
This system does not require traditional refrigeration units, resulting in extremely low operating costs and significant energy savings. The total cooling capacity reaches 1289 kW. The equipment is an economical and efficient cooling solution for mines with suitable water resources.

The unit size is 3790 × 1500 × 2100 mm. The cooling source is mine water, which has no direct energy cost. The system operates under conditions of evaporation temperature at 2℃ and condensation temperature at 45℃.
