Coal mine production sewage typically contains vast amounts of stable thermal energy, but its high suspended solids and mineral content make heat extraction difficult. We developed the Coal Mine Sewage Source Heat Pump specifically to handle these "dirty water" conditions. The core of this system is our self-developed anti-clogging and automatic online cleaning heat exchanger technology. By extracting heat from sewage at 10°C - 25°C, we can provide high-grade hot water at 45°C - 55°C with a COP of 3.5 to 5.0. This allows mine operators to provide continuous heating for living areas while complying with environmental "Dual Carbon" strategies by utilizing previously wasted resources.
